Play Safe, Play Happy
A few important rules to help everyone enjoy their visit.
To keep things fun and safe for everyone, we ask all visitors to follow these simple guidelines during your time at Rugrats & Halfpints:

Parent & Guardian Responsibility

• Children must be supervised at all times — they cannot be left unaccompanied.

• Parents/guardians remain responsible for their children’s safety and behaviour throughout their visit.

Play Area Rules

• Children should only play in age-appropriate zones.

• Shoes off, socks on in all play areas.

• No climbing on netting, fences, or walls.

• Slides are for sliding! No running, standing or climbing on them.

• No removal of balls from ball pits or play areas.

• Balls and other objects must not be thrown.

• No running on the flooring around the centre.

• No fighting, pushing, or rough play.

• No loose items (e.g., toys, phones, keys) in pockets while using play equipment.

Clothing & Safety

• Slides: We recommend full-length clothing (arms and legs covered) and no nylon fabrics to avoid friction burns.

• Avoid ropes, cords or toggles in clothing.

• Remove jewellery, badges, sharp objects, and non-shatterproof glasses before entering play zones.

• Anyone wearing a plaster cast (adult or child) is not permitted to use play equipment. Reporting & Incidents

• Please report any damage to equipment — accidental or otherwise — to a team member.

• All accidents or injuries must be reported to staff and logged in our accident book.

• If your child is unwell, we kindly ask you not to use the play facilities.Other Important Rules

• No food or drink from outside is allowed (baby food is an exception).

• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises.

• Shoes must be worn in toilets and party rooms.

• No sharp objects or dangerous items to be brought into the centre.

Please Note:

Failure to follow these rules may result in being asked to leave the centre. In these cases, no refunds will be given. Parents/guardians are liable for injuries that occur due to non-compliance with safety rules. Rugrats & Halfpints cannot accept responsibility for injuries resulting from failure to follow the above.
