We've visited many soft play areas with our toddler and this is the best one that we have been to.There is a lot to do with a four storey main area for children and several decent sized smaller areas including an under 3 and under 4 area.

My grandchildren had a great time, loved it there. I was extremely impressed with how clean it was,with a good cafe selection. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would highly recommended this 👍

Visited Rugrats on saturday 8th march 2025 @11:45 with my two daughters as one was invited to a party. Great understanding allowing my second daughter attend same time - Thank you Caroline and manager of the day .

Great place. First time I’ve been. Craig was so welcome and informative. He talked me through each element of the play activities on offer.

We had a great time over the weekend at our little ones party. Lou the host was really helpful always on hand with helpful suggestions. The room was the perfect size for the little ones and the party snack boxes were great . Took the stress out of a 4 year old party. Thanks again.

My kids loved it here! Lots to do, clean, large and fun! Decent enough food choices too.
