"This was my first visit to Rugrats and Halfpints for my son's 2nd birthday. I was completely impressed by the range of play activities on offer and amazed that both my children aged 2 and 3 were totally entertained for the excess of 4 hours! A definite first! Myself and my husband even managed coffee, cake and some conversation thanks to the completely safe environment on offer here! Thanks for a great facility we will be back with number 3! "We travelled from Coventry today and were very excited. On arrival we were, and still are truely amazed. The facilities exceeeded all of our expectations. Toilets were located well and were clean and tidy. The baby sensory area blew our minds. We are gutted that we didn't know of Rugrats a few years earlier! Staff were attentive at all times. The fact we were not on a time restriction - like many soft plays meant we were able to make the most of our visit. We spent nearly 5 hours here and only went because the drive home was dawning upon us! The director was extremely pleasant and we got the sense that nothing was too much trouble. I was amazed at the amount of extra activities this place offers. The owners clearly have ticked every box possible to cater for the needs of families - from baby yoga classes to an on-site photographer. I could even have my baby weighted here! Words fail me when I was asked what did I think of Rugrats. I would simply advise my friends to visit here and see for themselves as I dont think they would believe me! Truely outstanding and value for money. We would and will be coming back again. These people have worked so hard to create this. I dont know them personally - but feel this and they so deserve award for best soft play. A true example of what they should be like.
